I got home early enough to cook dinner for the fam. Mom wanted beef so I went to the local market and got some kalbi style short ribs. I marinated them in our simple marinade and pan fried them medium rare. Mom took hers back to the stove to cook well.Marinade:
- soy sauce
- rice wine
- sesame oil
- garlic
- fresh cracked black pepper at end
