Baby R helped me work out today. We did about 15 reps of lifts - I would do more but the boy is 17 lbs and I don't want to get too ripped. We did the usual turn and squat. We also did abs and leg lifts - I lay on my back, laid him on my shins and we rocked back and forth and up and down. Tomorrow, we'll add push-ups.
I also want to make a shout out to iTunes for their classical music radio stations! Baby R sure likes his Mozart and my original idea of looking for songs on youtube was dumb. Plus, something's wrong with the TV.
