A NY Minute (Well, 3 Hours)

It was Dana time! I look forward to my every-other-month appointment with the woman who changed my life. She taught me everything I know (see System: Skincare) and visiting her is always a blast. And I'm going to get sentimental, we have seen each other change and grow. It's been over 3 years and some pretty great stuff has happened. She is THE aesthician, facialist and make-up artist to know. And she was on TV (Lifetime's Get Married)! I had to snap a picture of her with her magic wand!

From there, I walked
back to the office and snapped this photo of my work 'hood at night. My building is to the left of the Metlife building. I caught the lights and the Hello Kitties in the Lever Building (yes, they are still there!).

I caught up with D and got to catch up on our way crosstown. Go on and kick butt in B-school! He took the train on 6th Ave and I walked to the Port Authority. I snapped a shot of Michiko Studios for my friend, Michiko. It's been a long time since I made the walk and New York is an ever shifting landscape. This tapas restaurant that I went to with K & N is now a bar, there's this huge red staircase in the middle of Times Square with tables and chairs (new TKTS center), this new condo building called Platinum went up and it has a giant fireplace in the pure white lobby. Not exactly platinum, more like a marble quarry.
