I have a pair of really terrific vegan jelly type flats made out of recycled plastic by Melissa. They are super cute and I feel like I'm doing some good when I wear them. And after reading Deluxe, I'm really turned off of "luxury" because of its ubiquity and haunting mental images of children chained to tables sewing bags.Luckily, one can have a clean conscience AND look fabulous at the same time. I mean, how hot are these shoes?! Maybe there's a cute grey bag. Do you like this one?

Note: yes, they may be made with toxic and/or petroleum products. Products can still be made in sweat shops or with slave labor. But, ah, um, we saved a cow? This post, of course, follows my meat marinade post.
